These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk64.bid ("the Company", "pk64", "we", "us", "our"). Six foundational obligations that every pk64 player must understand before using the platform

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is a material breach of these Terms. pk64 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are found, pk64 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation. The same rule applies to household members sharing a device.
pk64's platform is provided for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for any form of commercial gambling, advantage play that exploits technical errors or pricing mistakes, collusion between accounts, use of automated betting software or bots, or any activity intended to defraud the Company is strictly prohibited. pk64 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected, with no obligation to pay out any winnings derived from it.
All deposits to pk64 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your pk64 account — are not permitted. Withdrawal requests may trigger an identity and payment verification process. pk64 will request valid identification and proof of payment method before releasing funds above certain thresholds. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by pk64 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions detailed at the point of offer. 2.1 By accessing or using the pk64 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are obligated to immediately cease all use of the pk64 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (as notified to Players in accordance with Section 15) shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and pk64 in respect of the Player's use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, agreements, or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

The minimum age requirement for all pk64 Services is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may register an Account or use any service available on the Platform. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception. pk64 employs age verification procedures at registration and at any subsequent point during the Account lifecycle. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers placed will be declared void, and any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
To open a pk64 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required by pk64's know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. pk64 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate registration information.
Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the pk64 Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same personal details or alternative identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts. Any Balance held in duplicate Accounts is subject to forfeiture. Players who previously held an Account that was closed for breach of these Terms may not re-register without the express written consent of pk64's compliance team.
pk64 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the Account relationship, including (without limitation) before processing a withdrawal request, when a deposit threshold is reached, or where account activity raises compliance concerns. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. pk64 may suspend Account functionality, including the ability to place Wagers and withdraw funds, until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.
Note for Pakistani Players: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pk64 complies with any applicable local laws and regulations. pk64 provides services to individuals in their personal capacity and the Player assumes full responsibility for their own compliance with local legal requirements.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk64 will not request your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from pk64 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.2 You must not share your Account access credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by any person who gains access to your Account through your negligence — is your sole responsibility and will be treated as having been conducted by you.
4.3 If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pk64 immediately. pk64 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials or has knowingly or negligently disclosed those credentials to a third party.
4.4 pk64 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption across all Platform communications. Notwithstanding this, pk64 cannot guarantee absolute security and recommends that Players use strong, unique passwords and avoid accessing their Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
pk64 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, USDT via the TRC20 network, and SadaPay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is maintained on the pk64 Platform. pk64 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, pk64 will return the funds to the originating source and may apply a processing fee. Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account instantly (for JazzCash and EasyPaisa) or within the timeframe standard for the selected payment method. pk64 does not accept cash deposits.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. pk64 may require identity verification prior to releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party payment accounts. pk64 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are detailed within the Account section of the Platform.
All transactions on the pk64 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified within the Account or for cryptocurrency transactions. Currency conversions, where applicable, are carried out at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. pk64 accepts no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates.
6.1 All Wagers placed on the pk64 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of their Wager — including the selection, stake, and odds — before submitting. pk64 accepts no requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where pk64 exercises its rights under these Terms (such as voiding bets affected by pricing errors or market suspension).
6.2 pk64 reserves the right to void any Wager, in whole or in part, where: (a) the Wager was accepted in error; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to proceed as scheduled; (c) the odds or game parameters were published in error; (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, game manipulation, or irregular market activity; or (e) the Wager was placed in breach of any provision of these Terms.
6.3 The outcome of all games provided through the pk64 Casino and Slot sections is determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated under studio conditions. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk64 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pk64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 pk64's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pk64 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk64's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms and pk64 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
10.4 pk64 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to correctly use the Platform, failure to correctly submit a Wager, or failure to read and understand applicable game or betting rules before participating.
Gambling Risk Disclosure: All forms of gambling carry the risk of financial loss. The house edge applies across all games and betting markets on pk64. No betting strategy or system can overcome the mathematical advantage held by the platform over the long run. Only gamble what you can genuinely afford to lose.
11.1 pk64 is committed to responsible gambling and offers a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and self-exclusion. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from Account settings without the requirement to contact customer support.
11.2 Self-exclusion results in the immediate suspension of Account access for the duration specified by the Player. pk64 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications being sent to a self-excluded Player and to prevent the Player from reopening their Account during the exclusion period. Players wishing to reinstate an Account following self-exclusion must request this through official channels and are subject to a mandatory reflection period before reinstatement is considered.
11.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use pk64's self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek assistance from qualified support services. The Company takes its duty of care obligations seriously and will not attempt to dissuade a Player from activating any responsible gaming tool.

13.1 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting pk64 support. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending Wagering Requirements on bonus funds.
13.2 pk64 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated Balance, where: (a) there has been a material breach of these Terms; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct; (c) pk64 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (d) a Player's behaviour constitutes harassment or abuse toward platform staff or other users.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to the Player's own breach of these Terms, pk64 is not obligated to return any Balance held in that Account until the investigation is concluded. In cases where fraud is confirmed, the Company may refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.
14.1 Any Player who wishes to raise a complaint regarding pk64's services should contact the Company in the first instance by email using the address provided in the footer of this website. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant supporting documentation.
14.2 pk64 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within a reasonable timeframe and will aim to resolve complaints through internal review within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint is complex, pk64 will keep the Player informed of progress and provide an indicative resolution timeline.
14.3 If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, they may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority specified in pk64's licence documentation. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available to registered Players upon request.
15.1 pk64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, provided that material changes that adversely affect Player rights will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.
15.2 The version of these Terms published on the pk64 Platform at any given time is the current operative version. The effective date stated at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment are required to close their Account and cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk64 holds its operating gaming licence. The application of any other legal framework is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 16.3 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent pk64 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
16.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
